Metro Denver, CO Case Study
This case study explores how the Metro Denver Continuum of Care (CoC) implemented an inactive policy that standardized practices across its nine subregions while allowing flexibility to tailor inactive thresholds to each subregion’s unique needs. By balancing consistency with local adaptation, the CoC created a more coordinated approach to managing inactive records.
