Town Halls
What is a Town Hall
Built for Zero Town Halls are interactive, community-centered calls where local teams share what’s working, unpack what’s changing, and learn alongside peers across the network. Each session is facilitated by the Built for Zero team and often features guest partners who bring practical tools, policy context, and real-world examples.
You can expect a mix of short framing remarks, peer learning, breakout discussions, and time for questions. If you can’t join live, recordings are posted here so you can watch on your schedule and bring ideas back to your team.

PIT Trends, NOFO Updates, and What’s Next
June 23
9am-10:30am PT | 12pm-1:30pm ET
Please join us for the next Town Hall, where we will focus on two important updates.
Adam Ruege, Principal of Policy and Evaluation at Community Solutions, will share a trends analysis from the most recent point-in-time count and walk through improvements to the CS data platform and dashboard.
Mary Simons from Homebase will then join us to highlight key changes in the 2026 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), including how to make the most of new project opportunities and integrate supportive services-only programs and transitional housing into your system.
