Community members joined a town hall–style conversation on how to pair PIT data with by-name lists to support smarter decisions and stronger coordination. The conversation featured insights from Mary Simons of Homebase, Mandy Chapman Semple of Clutch, and the Built for Zero team.
There was time for peer learning and discussion in breakouts on creating an action plan for outreach, the overlap of PIT planning and monthly data management, and starting a Direct to Housing Encampment Response Initiative. Attendees shared, learned, and left with practical strategies to start the year strong.
