BFZ Capacity Building investments intend to build effective, system-level staff across the country. Staff in these full-time staff positions are defined by their primary role to identify, design, and execute system-level improvements. (This is in contrast to positions that are working within the system to execute key functions such as frontline outreach staff, case management, housing advocates, etc.)
The job archetypes for these system-improvers may focus on core system leadership — like System Coordinators and Data Leads — or specialized system leadership.
