This memo outlines Thomas Jefferson Area Coalition for the Homeless’s (TJACH) minimum rates and guidelines for compensating persons with lived experience/expertise (PLE). The rates in this memo are a baseline, and TJACH may pay more, but not less, whenever possible. TJACH will update this document at least annually and make it available to CoC members.
