Uncertainty can stall momentum — or it can spark new collaboration. Co-hosted by Community Solutions and Homebase, this Town Hall was created in direct response to the questions, concerns, and instability communities were navigating following the NOFO announcement and withdrawal. Together, participants explored what communities can do next, what options exist, and how peers across the country are adapting in real time.
This was an interactive, conversational Town Hall — not a compliance-oriented session — with space for community teams to:
- Hear a brief advocacy update
- Learn practical approaches to stretch limited financial resources
- Understand options around grant extensions and program redesign
- Explore new and nontraditional partnerships
- Crowdsource strategies from peers across the country
- Identify gaps and opportunities specific to local context
- Leave with more clarity about what comes next
