To set up your System Coordinator for success, it is critical that they have role clarity and a path to establishing key relationships in your community. Part of gaining role clarity is defining the aspects of your community that they are tasked with strengthening. This facilitated exercise is made up of two parts:
- Defining Your Community’s Problem-Solving Network: Map out the key workgroups and connections between workgroups and identify the key bottlenecks for your community’s problem-solving ability.
- System Coordinator Role Worksheet: Using your problem-solving network map, create a work plan for your system coordinator to help them understand what success looks like and identify key allies.
