Formalize roles supporting leading and system coordination to support ongoing and sustainable capacity to develop, initiate, and coordinate system change efforts.

Routinely orient collaborators to success, learning, changes, and system function. Support in understanding individual and collective contributions to the larger system and community success.

Determine critical functions of the system and support in the training community around these functions. Focus on what ‘functions’ of the system are essential and less on ‘who’.
