August 5, 2021Last Mile cohort is for improvement teams who are going “all in” to end homelessness for one population by the end of this action cycle. Our work centers on motivating coalitions to prioritize the functional zero goal, accelerating housing placements, and solidifying your local improvement process. We’re creating dynamic problem-solving teams so that when you reach functional zero for the first time, as conditions change, you’ll be equipped to reach it over and over again.
