Housing Stabilization Learning Cohort Hub

The Housing Stabilization Learning Cohort (HSLC) partners with Built For Zero communities to co-create models that coordinate and target prevention to reduce inflow into literal homelessness and advance racial equity. This is an innovation cohort designed for and with Built for Zero communities and other partner communities.
